Placed a pickup order at 625 or 629 pm on 03/25/2026. Drive thru was wrapped around the building had to wait for 5 mins so I could get around drive thru to get to pick up spot.. Get to pick up spot # 2 let them know I was there almost 30 mins later no food still and had to go in .. talked to guy at register this was about 658pm that I'd been waiting on pick up order for over 30 mins now... He says I was working on it but I had to take care of front counter... that's not my problem and still no excuse for that kind of a wait ... read more
