Placed an order on the mobile app using points to get something for free. I ordered my sandwich in a very specific way, as I always do. Somewhere between the customization screen and the checkout screen my sandwich was wrong. I noticed it right away and informed the employee at the 1st window. He told me "sorry it's a mobile order we can't do anything" and closed the window. He could have at least tried to notify the cooking staff to fix it but didn't even bother. Friendly and good but wish they had curbside early in the morning when I mobile order from my house, so I don't have to wait in line behind people who are just placing their order.
