It would be amazing if the ice cream machine wasn’t “broken” when it’s late at night. This has happened multiple times including tonight on 9/11 before 11 pm. :)
Probably the nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to. It’s always very clean, and the staff is super friendly, polite, and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the place and the customers. Definitely a location I’d be happy to come back to.
I visited this location on August 28 and was very pleasantly impressed by the level of service. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to learn the employees’ names, but there was an older Black woman and a man working that shift who were exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely caring toward the guests.
