By far the worst order management I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. They tell customers to take a specific parking spot, then have no idea who’s order is who’s and make several trips to the car with the WRONG order. Absolute cluster.
Always a line, not even during busy hours. Ordered my meal twice just because I had single patty instead of double and still got it wrong. This is not worth your dollar for what you're getting.
Food was good; could have been a little hotter. Fries were good, slightly hot. Double cheeseburger was warm and good. No line at the counter, they only let you order from the kiosk. Absolutely hate the kiosks. They are too cumbersome for my infrequent visits. A person taking my order would have much faster. The kiosk asks too many questions; it should be designed to let me pick what I want rather than asking me about upgrades, donations …
I’ve heard of ordering extra onion, but I’ve never had to get an entire almost uncut onion
