A woman screamed, cursed out, and recorded my Mom (who has a broken leg) for having a handy cap placard when she ‘seemed fine’ (my mom did not leave the car once in this whole ordeal) when I went to get help from staff, the worker (Martha, who I’m pretty sure was a manager) told us that she was a regular customer and proceeded to do absolutely nothing about it.
