Went through the drive through and this young man was so nice and sweet he knows how to treat his customers
They have short changed me on my purchase multiple times. They lack courtesy and are short with customers. They regularly ignore one of the lanes. I could hear them chatting in the background and asked if they could hear me, they just kept talking then got on the mic and said go ahead. After I'd watched cars in the other lane go by, no apology, then they leave out items from my order. This is the only place where I do the Karen thing and sit there and check my bag.
