Not enough staf
Just witnessed the “manager” deny service to gentleman who did not speak English, he was trying to communicate using a translator app and she completely ignored him and proceeded to ask the other employees to do the same saying “he doesn’t speak English” as if that gives her the right to deny him service. The food here is terrible and the service is even worse, drive a bit more and go to the one on cedar. This happened at around 9:30
