awful manager, rude and unhelpful
Almost every time I go through the drive thru my order is messed up in one way or the other. Today I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy meal and received the Spicy McCrispy meal. I paid for 2 packets of sweet-n-sour sauce, because they now charge for them, which I did not receive. I did not realize the mistake until I was back at my office and didn't open every container of food in my car to make sure it was correct. Terrible service. Ordered 2 value meals and was asked to pull up since our food wasn’t ready. Waited 10 minutes and finally had to go in store. They have us a greasy bag of food that another customer was given and had in their car. No offer to remake the food and make it right. Had to throw away the food
