They served up my expectations.
I waited at the counter for over 10 min, yet I was the only one in line. They were NOT short staffed and at least 6 employees saw me standing there waiting to order, including the so called "manager", and none of them said a word. I was practicing patience, so i didn't react rudely. I mentioned it to a gentleman waiting to pick up his online order and he advised me to use the kiosk because that's what he normally does.
