Order has been wrong 2 times in a row. Drive through takes forever.
I sent my husband to get us a quick dinner and treat after a long day, and he said they almost forgot the sundae he ordered and seemed rushed so he felt rushed to get out of the drive thru and didn’t double check his order before arriving home only to discover this sad excuse for a hot fudge sundae after taking the lid off. I was already having a tough day and this just was so disappointing. Like who thought this was reasonable? I get being busy but come on
