Busy, very busy
9/10 visits to the drive-thru I have to pull aside and wait a while for someone to walk my food out no matter how small my order. 1/3 visits they then get the order wrong so I have to go through the line AGAIN and now the rest of the food is cold by the time the correction is made. Have never been to a slower McDonalds in my life that also gets orders wrong so consistently. The only reason it's not 1 star is the food has been good a few times when they actually got it right, despite the long wait.
They understaff this location, wait times are over 15 minutes during non busy periods of the day. Just one cheeseburger mind you, and no one in front of me. This is a franchise owner who does not care about his reputation.
