This place legit messes up your order more than not. Regardless of shift.
After sitting outside for 15 minutes utes for my food to come out to me at breakfast time, I had the most unpleasant woman bring me my food looking at me like im the crazy one for ordering food at McDonald's. the attitude I got was unnecessary. It is not my fault that its raining out. Maybe hire someone who doesn't already hate their life and wants to take it out on the customers. Also, no one wants to pull around to the front of the building here. Its active roadway and dangerous. Why are we being asked to sit in traffic.
The actual crew was very friendly and food was great. But the maintenance man was very rude. We stopped in at 9:30 with pur grandkids to get a quick bite before heading home 30 minutes away and the maintenance man come ls out around 10 and told us the lobby is closed. I checked the website and the door and the listed hours is 11. That is the only reason we stopped. If the lobby hours are different then that needs to be posted.
I go there every morning. Get the same breakfast everyday. Everyday they make me pull forward and wait. Everyday it's a rude 16 year old at the window telling me to pull forward. While a nice elderly woman runs my food out 15 mins later in the freezing cold. Why is the rude 16 year olds at the windows taking our money and making us pull forward while the poor sweet old lady's are running the food outside???
