This is a newer very nice McDonald's. The older woman who was working the counter was extremely kind and polite. Way above average in her customer service.
Worse McDonald's. Three times we asked for sweet tea and every time We didn't get it. Ordered cheeseburger and fries. Both were cold and chewy. The cheese wasn't even melted.
The only reason I’m giving service a 3 star is because the staff was polite. This is the WORST McDonalds in Chillicothe. Everytime we come here we get told to pull over because they don’t have food ready. EVERY TIME! It’s ridiculous. Went today and I was the second car in line and ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals at 12:45pm and got pulled over!! Absolutely insane they can’t have continuous food ready ever at this location. So glad we have 3 others !!
