made a mobile order from this location, they closed a WHOLE hour early. drive thru was even closed. knocked on the door, just for 2 female employees to throw their hands up , and i could clearly see my pickup order on the counter. didnt even come to the door, to see what i needed good thing the other location in Ontario was open, and could make my order. 100% do not recommend this place after 10pm, since they will be closed anyways
Put a $70 order in through curbside pickup. Pulled up to an open store with workers and customers inside. Waited for my order outside with my 4 yr old, watched employees lock the door and stop accepting customers through drive through. I continue to wait due to the person that was there before me getting their food, as well as the car after me receiving their food. Probably one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve been to in a while… its a bunch of incompetent teens that seem to believe they are doing us a favor by taking our order. i personally don’t know who the owner of the store is but he needs to get better management these employees DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FOODS SAFTEY AND THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE and to top it off you can’t even tell who is shift lead half the time. the food was absolutely disgusting we threw it out and went to the one down by walmart.
