The Ontario McDonald’s Morning crew are absolutely the most lazy and incompetent crew you’ll ever encounter. They have 3 staff standing up front doing absolutely nothing while their lobby is packed and people are being redirected to use the kiosk when paying CASH. We watched a lady literally beg to get service by knocking on the counter, just for some man to TAKE OUT HIS PHONE and turn down his music on his AirPods like she was the inconvenience. Great service. Very friendly and efficient
Service was very slow, it seemed they were understaffed, but employees were friendly. Even though the menu had just switched to lunch while we were in line, the food was stale.
