every SINGLE time i come it takes around 30 minutes in the drive through. with a line and with absolutely 0 people in the line either way it takes that long and the food is never hot. also my order is messed up every single time and the workers get mad and have attitude with me as if it’s my fault they messed it up. i’ll take driving an extra 15 minutes to a different location to avoid this one.
Management at this place is horrible, wait times are ridiculous, they only focus on drive thru, they can have 1 or 2 customers waiting for food in the lobby for 10 minutes just to keep their drive thru flowing. And when I ask what was taking so long for 1 sandwich, the manager looked at me like I was sp eaking another language and said it's coming.. I've been in management positions and I have to say they need assistance, training and lessons in being more professional.
