Since the implementation of the ordering kiosk when I walk in I'm completely ignored and when I ask a question about the price difference of an item I'm treated Like I'm bothering them. Forget about using the bathroom they have to unlock the door and an employee (I assume on break because his hat was taken off but his shirt was clearly visible under his coat) wouldn't get up and unlock the door so I had to go up to ask the manager to unlock the bathroom and was informed it was for customers only!!! Gross food. Way too expensive.
Once again they refused to make the McFlurry properly. They just slapped ice cream into the cup and tossed the oreo on top. Poor show. It's not a McFlurry if it's not mixed in folks. Do better.
