I ordered a Big Mac meal, waited 12 minutes for it to come out. And they still didn't give me a straw, the fries were hardly salted, AND the sprite was running out of syrup so they took it back to get me a new one, and they just took it and didn't give me a replacement drink of any kind.
I don't eat much McDonald's nowadays but the food was good. Customer service was great. I would say that all bathrooms in America. Definitely need to pay more attention to the restrooms. I know most of the McDonald's are a franchised out. But they need to have like corporate, make it a mandatory, non negotiable for all the bathrooms to be cleaned several times a day, even if and if they just hire a team specifically for the bathroom
