Wanted to give an exceptional review to an employee at this McDonald's. The employee's name is Eva P. She gave very good, and respectful customer service. Extremely helpful! And told me to have a goood day cheerfully! Awesome example of how a McDonald's employee should really treat their customers. Keep up the exceptional work!
Mobile order here is not efficient. We used the app and went through the drive thru. Got to the second window and they tried giving us the wrong food. We corrected them, after a few minutes of waiting, we were sent to the drive thru parking spot. Waited there for 10 minutes and an employee came out and asked us what we were waiting on. Told him our mobile order. He came back 5 minutes later with the food, forgot our drinks. Need to absolutely step up the mobile order efficiency
