I was greatly disappointed after placing a mobile order around 3:10 a.m. at the McDonald's on State road 60 in Lake Wales. When I arrived, I was told they were closed. Even though the app took my order, when I arrived at the drive-thru, they stated that they wouldn't be open again till 4:20 a.m.... I asked for the manager's name, and the person stated they were the manager and they don't give out their name. So why are you wearing the name tags on your shirt. I have no problem with them being closed, only that I had to drive... read more
Just went there and ordered a big breakfast. Got home and got egg biscuit and 2 pieces of bacon. Supposed to be sausage. And try calling in and it's busy. Great customer service.
