From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the team here showed the true definition of excellent customer service. Adam, Lessie, and Shauna were amazing in service, while Vicenta and Tiffany kept everything fresh and perfect in the kitchen. You can see the teamwork, hear the kindness, and feel the positive atmosphere. This store should be a model training location for McDonald’s!
Last night again at the same location yesterday the employees forgot a product, it was my hot n spicy Mcchicken, I bought it with my reward points but anyway it is very annoying that I used my points and I did not receive my product and as I said it is the 2nd time that something similar has happened to me at the same location :( I already sent a message to customer service and they did nothing about it.... I am sending this message so that if I go in the future I can AVOID it from happening again
Fue una lástima y una vergüenza!..que se burlaran de mí por no pronunciar bien el inglés cuando les pedí una limonada ,una trabajadora se burló de mí junto con una clienta que había ahí las dos hablaron y se rieron de mí 👀…fue bien desagradable el momento que pasé ..aquí no regreso a comprar más nada y también ya le diré a familia y amigos míos para que no visiten el lugar aparte bien mala que estaba la limonada la tuve que botar 🤮 …
