Extremely disappointing and discriminatory experience. As a delivery driver with mobility issues, I requested a simple accommodation at the drive-thru with supervisor shift lead Melissa. The staff blatantly refused, stating 'all dashers have to get out of the car,' showing a complete disregard for basic accessibility and ADA standards. It used to be cool when they they had the original architecture and it looked pleasing but now it sucks. The drive-through always sucks. The parking lot always sucks cause there’s always police there. I have no need to ever spend money at this location sucks
