The workers are so rude and laugh at you for asking for syrup since they don’t put any when you go through drive thru! Do better Mc Donald’s and hire people that want to work not be on their phones and talking! Laughing at customers face is not cool!
So I finally added the app to my phone --- and that is the only reason I ordered at the kiosk! I got a med coffee for a buck, and two Mcmuffins for $6! But there is no where on the kiosk to add onions. So I don't! But, lo and behold, when I go to pay at the register, the girl says: "Special requests!?" Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the kiosk!? Because I could have told her my WHOLE order in 5 seconds, vice the 8 minutes I spent trying to find a field for "ADD ONIONS." I dined in, and there was NO ambient overhead music!... read more
