This is “My” McDonalds! The people that work here are friendly, and the food comes out correct whenever I order it a special way. They are also efficient! I’ve never waited more than 5-7 minutes for my food, no matter how busy they are. I’ll drive the extra miles to make it to this McDonalds. They also have a “Play Place” for kids which is nice.
Foods always stale, wrong or just simply not in the order. Everyone on night crew is lazy . Takes forever to get stale cold Food.
I stopped in for a quiet breakfast. Got ignored at register. Placed order on kiosk to pay at register and was ignored again. Left to eat at competitor.
First off, I know they were busy at this time but it seemed that there was no organization to the chaos in the kitchen area. I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder meal with a sweet tea and 2 apple pies. I had to wait over 25 mins for them to sling the order out. When it was handed off to me the guy tells me they were sold out of apple pies and started to walk off and I said on what about a refund.
