Ordered an ice coffee at the drive thru window. Two guys washing the drive thru window. My coffee was handed to one of these workers who proceeded to hand me my coffee with his dirty hands! How discussing McDonald's! Unheard of actions in east Tennessee where I'm from.
Was told it was 2mn before lunch would be served, after a brief discussion was allowed to place my order and promptly told I would have to wait for my order. Didn't mind waiting, didn't like the attitude. And the fries weren't hot. If we are the first to order lunch wouldn't the fries be hot? Just saying.
We typically use the app and select curbside service but I end up have to go in and get our food at least 50% of the time. It is usually sitting on the counter waiting to be taken out. This has happened breakfast and lunch regardless of how busy they are. The food is what you would expect but this location may want to look at phasing curbside service out.
