Every time we come to this location they fill our mocha frappes an inch below the top and always leaves the spilled drink running down the sides without cleaning it up. How did it spill when It wasn’t even full? They also started putting less flavor in the mocha frappes, they taste milky/watered down. I had to dump them in our slushie machine and remake them with more chocolate to make it taste better. Need to hold a seminar to understand the difference between honey and honey mustard as I checked my food getting back to work and got honey packets. My frappe look half empty and feel like they shorted the shots of espresso. Was immediately put into a line during a short period and had a good 5-10min wait among others.
