This place cannot handle a simple lunch rush. They can barely handle 4 drive through orders at a time.. you will be pulled over and have to wait. Even if its 1 meal.
Was not served well by this location at all. The wait was long, the food was cold, and the shakes were runny. Would not recommend.
Worst service I've ever received at this location. Stopped in today for a fast lunch. We waited for 30 minutes on our food. When it finally was delivered to our table (we used the kiosk), our burgers and fries were cold, and our shakes were melted. Even though the manager was apologetic, there was no actual apology regarding the shakes, just "I just made these, I have no control how they come out."
