Store visited: 5350 McGinnis Ferry Rd. Alpharetta, GA WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I visited on 8/14/2022 around 6pm. I went through the drive thru and used a promo through the app for a free large fry and free large drink with a purchase. When I received my order I noticed the fries were not in the bag and when I inquired about the missing item the presenter ( a young latina female) was extremely rude saying that the fries were not on her P.O.S. register. It’s a very good place to have your all McDonald’s food
Francisco was extremely accommodating and helpful. I accidentally got the wrong sauce, but he quickly swapped them out for the new buffalo ranch sauce. I was please surprised with a great visit.
