After driving an hour and 20 minutes back home after working almost 9 hours; I went to this McDonald’s and I wanted a 20 piece nugget but they were not fresh. I tried to give the nuggets back to the cashier, but they refused—so the manager came up and said “You are sitting there in the car eating them?” I’m like well yeah—she was like no, you can’t have fresh nuggets have a good day :-( Saturday morning 3:30 AM
I felt very rushed at the window when my order was taken. I didn’t appreciate being told that I had to keep making my order and left me a little time to decide what I really wanted. As for the kind lady when I was receiving my food, She made sure I got what I needed. I normally don’t have issues with this place and I understand they were busy but a little bit more kindness Goes a long way
This McDonald’s has horrible service, never gets the order correct, cold fries (even though to them they are fresh), and missing food. But I want to give a 5 star to an employee, Erica. She is amazing!! Every chance we get and come through in the morning , she’s the one who brings our food out with such a great attitude knowing she’s already have a long day. Thank you Erica.
