I went in to mcdonalds on friday and was really happy from what I saw. There was a deaf couple that came in and asked one of the young girls at the cash for a pen and paper. Another girl gave them a pen so they could write out what they wanted. Another customer helped them order. The girl that took their order was the same one who gave them the and pen and she was super kind. I was sitting down while eating and I saw the deaf gentleman go up and order a few more times. Hate serving deaf or disabled customers here the employees should all be fired. Watched an old deaf couple stand there for 16 mins being ignored by all employees and finally 3 customers had to intervene and demand they be served like everyone else. Never ordering here again. Sending the video to head office.
