Worst service. Staff ignore clients.
This McDonald's is in a rough neighborhood, hence no soda machines because some people might not pay and could stay all day for the soda refills. I was in this part of town and needed to use the bathroom. Similar to many other McDonald's, the bathroom is electronically locked even though locks are not visible to the outside. I will only give 5 stars to the employees who take the payments - very nice and friendly everytime. NOW who ever is making the orders FAIL. Twice in less than 2 months once for lunch and the other time breakfast. First my double cheeseburger was a single cheeseburger - had already driven away back to work. Second time I order egg sausage mc muffin got a sausage only w/cheese. That is a huge difference when all was going to eat was the egg and sausage since i do low carb, Lesson learned. Drive to Wendy's they are organized.
