Waited 50 minutes for a mobile order and walked out after it still was 7 orders down the list. Drive thru wrapped around the building. Inside was filthy and the workers couldn't care less about doing their jobs. The worst place I've been in my 44 year old life.
Ordered 45 minutes ahead for pickup - still had to wait 20 minutes once I got in. Service is incredibly slow, clientele is abysmal.
I've been to Amelia Ohio McDonald's two times this week and had to wait almost 20 minutes each time I try to get food customers are very upset having to wait for their food this long why some of the staff is playing around they need to have better management than I think this McDonald's could be much better don't know if I will be back they really need to do something with this restaurant and get it fixed back up the way it used to be because they're losing business as i speak
me and my friends called this place and asked for a plain sand which and then she started cussing us out so we cussed at her back then I told my cousins and they asked the same thing and the girl cussed my cousins out and left the call so they called again and they cussed her out too idk her name but u need to fire her NOW!!!!
