It took way too long for basic kids meals and a nuggets value meal. It was ridiculous how long we waited.
How is it always so bad here? I tried using the app to skip misunderstandings and having them have a chance to get things ready when I get there, but it's bad no matter what 10-15 minute waits for orders placed in advance, and even longer. I had on my phone the reward number for a cheese burger. At the window they said they I already used it. I told them I just did it in the parking lot and hers the number. Manager said she would not honor it. Yes I could of paid for it but I just left not to return.
