Very Very bad customer service very rude they’ should learn about the McDonald app to be able to explain to the customers how to use it and not get mad when asked about it I shouldnt have to call corporate to ask

Here to rewrite my 1-star review of this location. I forget every year or so how bad my last experience was and try to stop here again. Today it was my order of 1 Vanilla Latte. How is it that a McDonald's can ask me to wait for my order of 1 Vanilla Latte whilst they serve bags of food and drinks to the following 3-4 cars over the course of 5-10 minutes?
