I was very disappointed in my visit to this McDonald’s and will spend the extra minutes to drive to different one. I ordered a Large Caramel Frappe because on the app and on the kiosk in McDonald’s said the Large came with a Monopoly sticker. It didn’t and I asked the younger lady upfront why it didn’t have one and she said it was only for the large drinks like tea and such. I've been buying breakfast from this place for sometime now. Something is always missing on my breakfast orders. Either hashbrown or extra syrup which I pay extra for syrup. I will be checking my orders from now on.
We stopped at the McDonald's at 5500 Bandel Road NW, Rochester, MN. We stopped for coffee and a breakfast snack and we were very impressed by this McDonald's. The counter staff was excellent very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was well kept and clean, along with the bathrooms. They must have really good leadership and management. A+ RATING from me.
