I pass 4 McDonald's on my way into work (between 5-5:30 am). This is the only one that consistently has it's doors open for customers according to the posted hours on the door. Unfortunately, it is the one that is furthest out of my way!
Uber eats pick up order: It is 540am on a Saturday morning- and the doors are locked - although the employees are looking right at me lol The hours state they open at 5am on Saturday: both in the hours posted on the door and on google. Meanwhile-because I will have to cancel this delivery-due to the restaurant not being open as they should—I will be penalized by uber eats—with an increase to my cancellation rate—which is very unfair—because it’s not my fault I have to cancel. Garbage food at the drive thru Cold fries, a stale bun ( and I mean hard as a rock), cold meat. You can tell when a place serves you that kind of garbage that their employees hate their jobs and take it out on customers. Fire the employee and fire the manager. It's unacceptable even for McDonald's.
This is this location a few times very recently and consistency and quality of the service is a step above what I've been used to at McDonald's
They now apparently charge for a.cup of water. I understand that there is a cost to them so I guess that's ok even though they have raised prices 100 percent since 2014 and inflation has run around 30 percent in that same time. The truly annoying thing is there is no way to order a cup of water and pay for it in their mobile app. I generally order 2 to three times a week but this silly policy will drive me.to make other choices when getting my fast food fix.
