There is an afro-carribbean woman that works the drive thru in the mornings. She is very rude and has no listening skills. I have co-workers who won't go there in the mornings because of her. Their places moves well when the balding Latino manager is there, but devolves into madness when he leaves. I've been told to pull forward multiple times in the evenings and forgotten about.
