Nobody working the counter and the kiosk was unusable. After trying the kiosk it instructed me to pay at the counter. Manager came to review my order and was rude. Asked if I had been helped I said no I am waiting to pay. This after being forced to search for and select a table number prior to completing the kiosk order. I had just had a procedure this morning at the hospital as I was starving after my friend stopped here to get me a meal worst ever the meat was cold dried barely on the bun loaded with with ketchups cuz they're trying to cover the horrible taste the young lady that gave us our food was polite he ordered just a plain burger it was not worth stopping has McDonald's went so far downhill I mean at least put it on the bun that was just slapped together nasty
Drive through short wait/ food correct/ was hot
At around 9:20 AM on 7/13/25 , I came through and ordered through the drive thru. The workers at this location in both windows were the rudest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. Out of every McDonald’s I’ve gone to, this is the worst one in terms of service and attitude.
