I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s location today. I asked for extra ketchup with my order, and the employee assisting me repeatedly insisted that there was already ketchup in the bag instead of simply providing additional packets. The interaction became unnecessarily argumentative over something very small. A simple request should not turn into a back-and-forth. Customer service matters, and this situation could have been handled much more smoothly and politely. I hope management takes this feedback seriously... read more
Come at night to get dbl fish, had to pull up but I didn't mind the manager was so nice and made sure I was satisfied. I didn't get her name but I appreciate her great customer service
