Update 9/1/2026 Kiosk still down, menu behind register disappears, side menu tv is blank, customers are confused, eggs were bland, no ketchup or napkins without asking by asking means yell to the back because nobody works the counter. Nobody working the counter and the kiosk was unusable. After trying the kiosk it instructed me to pay at the counter. Manager came to review my order and was rude. EDIT: Corporate replied and asked me to contact them. Not a surprise, but they had no intention of helping. They just wanted me to remove my review. Now it’s 1 star. - Maybe the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. It starts at the very top. Ownership doesn’t care, so why would any of the employees care? Genuinely worst location I’ve ever been to. Corporate said they don’t care. Not their problem. Crazy customer service. They’ll reply to the comment pretending to help, but then ghost you in emails. Kriselyn Swalley, the “manager,” doesnt care either. Very dismissive. As long as they’re making money, she won’t be doing more than the bare minimum.
