If I was the franchise owner I would drop everything and go retrain everyone at this location. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits, 2 hash browns and a Diet Coke. Pulled up to the window was told to go park because hashbrowns were not ready. Five minutes later a staff member brought My order out of the car and tell me what it was. Got home to find out.
