I ordered on the app got to the store told it i was already here went inside to pick it up and my order got canceled
Because of all the concerns about health issues and restaurants and grocery stores, I decided. I’m gonna stay out of restaurants and grocery stores specially restaurants because I’m concerned about cross contamination.
Why are they so incapable?! It's ridiculous. The staff are so incompetent. It's not even teenagers, it's full grown adults unable, to do a simple job correctly. Why can't they hire better management. I mean not only are they incompetent, they're also very rude. Like it's a problem that I ordered a large black coffee and one hash brown. CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!!!
I made an mobile order and waiting like 15 minutes before coming, and I waited at the 2nd window for 46 minutes before getting my food, and at first i was the only car and then more came behind me and they forgot what came on it and kept messing up which i get if it was busy i would’ve understood but there was no one and when I did get my food it was cold
