Food was good and the employees were friendly.
I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a burger and discovered a bug inside my food — something no customer should ever have to experience. When I brought it to their attention, there was no real apology, accountability, or sense of urgency to make things right, other than the refund I requested. This place is hit or miss the food is ok but depending on crew the service is usually mediocre
I thought the food would be somewhat fresh and hot after the long wait in the drive thru. I was wrong...my family ended up throwing out the majority of the order. Food was horrible and cold.
