I have had poor service at this location before, but today probably will be my last day. My friends and I waited about 10 minutes to place an order. The drive thru service was crowded, but only a few customers inside. We were the only ones in line at first, then two other people showed up. We finally got to place our order, then just before paying for it, the manager told the order taker, “Don’t take any more orders until we take care of our present orders.” With that “final straw”, we left. We probably won’t be back!
Waited 20 minutes in parking for online orders, thought okay, ill bounce to drive thru...place not very busy, get home with my food and items missing, and whats in the bag is cold. Cold...not even warm. Try getting home with the kiddies and have missing items. Wow McDonalds! Its every time at this location.
I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 10 minutes without anyone answering the intercom. Eventually, I had to pull up to the window just to place my order. Unfortunately, the customer service only got worse from there. The employee working the drive-thru had a very rude attitude and was openly cursing about the customer in front of me while my children were in the car.
