Very rude , unhelpful . Unsure if everyone is happy working at McDonald’s, but if you’re not you should find a job that you enjoy doing!
I’m writing to report an incident involving the night shift manager, Erica, at this McDonald’s location. When I politely requested additional napkins for a large order, she responded with hostility, refused the request, and ultimately escalated the situation by calling the police and having me banned. This was completely unnecessary and not the first time I’ve experienced rude behavior from her. I will be contacting corporate and the General Manager to formally address this issue.
