waited in drive through for 5-10 min before a rep answered, only to be told they had discontinued drive-thru, we must order from the kiosk inside. we went inside, only to find that there was a mass of confused people and no staff to greet them. while inside I needed to use the rest room only to find a combination lock on the doors we had to wait for 1 of 3 workers that I saw to come to the front counter before you could get an access code. we left, we went to Wendy's.no wait good food and access to restoims.
