I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I stood at the front counter for about 10 minutes along with several other customers, and not a single employee acknowledged us or even made eye contact. There was no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing at all. After waiting and being completely ignored, we all ended up walking out.
