They LITERALLY get my order wrong everytime I go there. TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!!!!
Employee in the Drive-Thru spent 5 minutes telling me they didn't serve a sandwich that I buy almost every day. Not helpful not friendly will not be returning to this location.
Every single time I make the mistake of accidentally ordering here through my app, it is horrible. The drive thru lines are slow, and while the regular employees working the window are nice, there is a particular manager who definitely isn’t. I’ve heard her screaming at employees every time I come through the drive thru, and frankly that is the main reason I go to Southside instead of this one. I live on the north end of town and go OUT OF MY WAY to avoid this location. Please do the same.
If you’re looking for food quickly and friendly service, you might as well forget it. They don’t even have the decency to acknowledge people when they come up to the register
