My dads food was under cooked and the time it took to get our food was long they also didn’t give sauce or our drinks
Simply, do not know where to start. Respect is gained not given. Don't yell,scream, act like a child, than be offended cause you were heard from the other end of restaurant. Childish behavior from management is pathetic. Mind you, I have recordings. Partially saving face, I'll not post. Ignored 2 elderly regulars, they walked out. On top of 1 more customer. We went around 11 just to grab a quick snack before jumping on I65 N. The girl at the drive thru window seemed rather clueless like it was her first day. She said to pull up to wait for our order, 5min later she says to pull around to the numbered spaces. 2 cars behind me got their orders almost immediately. All we ordered was a $5 meal-Mcdouble, nuggets, fries, drink. We ended up waiting 20min while other cars came and went and they offered no reason why. We wont be back.
food was cold , took long to deliver.. didn’t give us the right sauce or drink - mixed our orders up and the food wasnt that good and barely cooked
