I sat and waited for over 20 minutes and did not receive my curbside delivery. I called repeatedly and had a young girl come outside that stated she was management. I repeatedly asked for money to be refunded. She tried to physically put order in my vehicle when I requested a refund and would not give her name so I could not report her. Terrible customer service. I even went inside on crutches to request a refund. Customer service gets a big zero in my boom. I will be contacting their owners.
3rd time this week I didn't have all my food in the bag going thru drive thru ! I went in this time and complained. They placed the chicken nuggets and sauces in was missing in the bag, but still didn't give me my kids sandwiches !!! Drove all the way home just to look in the bag and get pissed. I'm definitely complaining to corporate Monday !
