I’ve visited this location multiple times and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Food is often served cold, even during non-busy hours. During a recent visit, I was asked to follow a rule about outside drinks and told to place my drink in a bag, which felt inappropriate given it was a laptop bag and I had nowhere safe to store it. Tell me why I ordered an egg and cheese bagel, extra sauce and NO BACON, the order tag says NO BACON, and they added an EXTRA strip of bacon and didn’t even put the egg!!! What??? Happened AM of 04/03/26.
