I've been patient for a long time, but... I ordered 40 chicken nuggets to go, and they only gave me 20. I realized this when I got home. I used mobile services and I parked at a stall. Waited for about 20. Minutes and nothing was coming to New. Others after me get there order. Then all of a sudden I opened the app and said I must come in to get my food. So I went in and they said it was wet outside and wanted me to come inside to get my food. What's the point in Mobile ordering if I have to go inside to get it. Don’t come here unless you want to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell you to pull around and wait another 15 minutes. Terrible customer service I won’t be coming back!
This was the first time in a long time that a real person was ready and waiting to take my order. The real shocker...my order was hot and correct!!!
