Got myself a large fry. Ate the majority of it and titled the container forward so I can get more fries. There’s a dead spider in with them…
Waited 30 minutes after being told to move forward and wait. Went inside and nobody knew I was there. No apologies or anything.
I sat in the drive through behind someone and stuck beceause someone was behind me. This went on for over 10 minutes before the person in front of me got tired of waiting and drove off. This place sucks.
There hours say they are open till at least 11pm everyday.. but I have made a mobile order through the app and paid only to get screwed when I drive thru.. now im out 22 dollars because they wouldn't cancel or refund.. only said "welp.. too bad for you" very unprofessional! At least cancel the order geez.. i won't be giving this location my business anymore.
