Visited this location around 12:45 AM and had a very disappointing experience with the woman who appeared to be the manager working the drive-thru — African-American, shoulder-length black hair, wearing a purple McDonald’s polo. I used a promo code for fries, but they didn’t ring it up. When I went back to explain, she kept insisting we hadn’t ordered fries, even after I showed proof on my phone that the code was redeemed. McDonald’s is always mid great ice cream though
Do the people even work. Waited an hour in drive thru for an Uber order. This is completely unacceptable.
Curbside pickup has kept me waiting regularly for 15-30 min. Lobby service ignores the customer some customers have been hostile with no intervention from staff or manager. Will never return.
