It was nice,food tasted great, but the drive-through line took forever
horrible customer service. they come by the register, look at me as i’m trying to order and keep walking. and if they’re working the window the line shouldn’t be as backed up as it is. would’ve been a zero star if possible.
Currently waiting to get my food. It took me 15 minutes after ordering my food to get my food and there was only three people in line.
Me and my uncle came in with a big order for our family and they were a little backed up so it took a while for them to get the food out. The head front of house Tatriana had exceptional customer service making sure we had all of our order and then some. She apologized frequently for the wait, threw in free apple pies, and insisted on remaking our fries because she thought they were cold.
