Ordered on the app. Was told that they no longer served anything but the breakfast menu. When I cancelled my app order and tried to order from the breakfast menu they told me they had nothing to serve, even from the breakfast menu, from 4 to 5 am. Im confused as to why this location is open 24 hours when they have nothing to sell from 4 to 5 am.
Restrooms where dirty don't like not having a cashier have to order from a screen got the food and server wasn't polite
Very bad experience at this McDonald’s. The service was terrible from the beginning. No one took my order, and I waited more than 15 minutes without receiving any response or assistance from the staff. It is disrespectful to waste customers’ time like that. A fast-food place is supposed to be efficient, but this was the complete opposite. They urgently need to improve their customer service and staff organization.
