I don’t know what happened to this place maybe they change owners or management but it’s terrible. The counters are always sticky and dirty and the ladies there are beyond rude in particularly a lady named Valerie. She’s so nasty to everyone. You ask her a question she don’t wanna hear it. She makes you go back to the end of the line like you’re in school or something. Unacceptable
Bryant provided excellent customer service during my visit to McDonald's drive-thru yesterday. He was very polite, professional, and had such a pleasant attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who makes a simple drive-thru experience feel so welcoming. He was patient, respectful, and made sure my order experience went smoothly. Employees like Bryant truly make a difference, and I hope he gets recognized for his outstanding service.
La atención en la madrugada es malísima no entiendo porque ponen 24 horas llevo 30 min esperando que me atiendan y la señora como que me ignora porque estoy al lado de la ventanilla y la estoy viendo y no me Voltea a mirar. Pésimo servicio.
