Use the app to order order breakfast was literally the only thing on the app to choose from. There was no other meal products. Besides breakfast only to place the order drive up. There be told that they don't have it because they were done serving breakfast and that I was in the wrong for using the app. And yes, the order was placed before breakfast serving time. had ended.
Our ordering experience wasnt bad, employees were nice. Guy handling our food had given us the wrong drink size so we asked for a correction but a lady in the back proceeded to absolutely lay into him about how we didnt order large drinks despite it saying so on our order sheet. She was incredibly disrespectful but the guy handling our food was a model employee. He was kind, patient, and apologetic. Update: found a long strand of hair in my big mac
Their “managers” will tell you basically how stupid you are and how you are wrong for the application glitches and order mishaps. Now have to go get my bank involved. Will NEVER come back. What a joke. I had to order a whole new meal because of this joke of a joint. Save yourself from this mess. Go elsewhere with better food and employees.
