Lets be honest, not many people will check McDonalds reviews, no matter how bad the service, they'll continue to go! You work hard for your money, take it somewhere that will do the same. At least another location Sunday afternoon enter an entirely empty restaurant and the kiosks were not in order, not a problem! Place was very dirty and none of the employees ever came to the counter to help me after standing there for several minutes. Prices are going up but I have to use a kiosk and place the order myself? AND the food quality keeps going down?
Employees are incredibly rude, you can never find anyone to help you, tables and floors are always nasty, never any napkins in the dispenser, just pathetic on every level. Prices are also insane. The owner and managers should be absolutely ashamed but they just don't care.
So I ordered at 11:18pm June 18 via the app as they claim to be open until midnight for drive thru. I immediately head to the store and it is closed. The manager walked to window as I pulled into parking lot and never came to order window to explain why. I ordered, was charged and was ignored. Absolute trash management. I spend $100+ here a week when in town. Never again. They are also not answering the phone at all the following morning, Juneteenth.
