I just got home and noticed that my McDonaldland meal did NOT contain the collectible. The rest of my order was correct, and the service was quick and friendly. I’m just very disappointed to not have the collectible toy, I only order those meals to give the toy to my kids.
Didn’t take my order correctly, tried correcting it at the window and the manager said we don’t make corrections at the window. The second drive through speaker blocks the screen and they didn’t read it back to me. All I needed added was a simple happy meal. Nothing special. I’m shocked, never had problems before. This place needs a huge reality check on treating customers.
Better in morning shift then afternoon the afternoon is terrible especially with the teenagers goofing off even when they have like 15+ orders
